After inheriting a construction site that had been painted on the outside to conceal the internal evidence of the dismal ALP failure over the course of eight years to complete what was originally a fully-funded twenty-month project, the UPP Administration has delivered to the people of Antigua & Barbuda a 185-bed modern medical complex which will be providing full inpatient, diagnostic and physician services to meet international standards.
